Mission for Building Administration

At PDC Condo Management we have over 10 years experience in building administration and property management.  We are familiar with all aspects of the Playa Del Carmen real estate market, including everything from construction management to legal process for the owner’s association.

It is our mission to provide administrative services including management of condominium associations and homeowner associations. We also offer association consulting services to financial institutions, builders, developers and association boards of directors.
